Eligibility: Cadets under 18: girls born in 2003-2005
Juniors under 21: girls born in 2000-2003
Categories: U18 -40kg, -44kg, -48kg, -52kg, -57kg, -63kg, -70kg, +70kg,
U21 -44kg, -48kg, -52kg, -57kg, -63kg, -70kg, -78kg, +78kg
System: IJF-System (KO-System with double repechage, modification possible)
Only blue and white judogi are allowed. Back patches not mandatory.
Schedule: Friday, March 20
15:30 h – 19.30 h official check-in and accreditation
16:00 – 20:00 h Weigh-In until 20.00h (latest)
Saturday, March 21
08.15 h opening ceremony
08.30 h start of contests
Registration/Accommodation: You have to register the number of Judoka until March 10th 2020 with the full name, the date of
birth and the weight category. The maximum of competitors will be 600.
Accreditation after arrival will be at the sports center.
For registration and any accommodation requirements, please use the registration form on our
Organisation of at least 2 overnight stays are possible depending on capacity. Locations of
accommodations are not limited to Bad Blankenburg! Please make sure you can organize your
Registration fee: The registration fee will be 30 EURO per registered Judoka.
The registration fee after March 10th, 2020 will be 60 EURO.
The fee has to be paid until March 10th 2020 by transfer to the bank account (see below).
There is no refund!!
Referees: Will be organised by the promoter. However, all international Judo-Clubs or Associations may
bring (at their own expenses) licensed referees of international or high national level. If you do
so, please, inform us in advance.
Liability/Insurance: The Thuringia Judo Federation and the organiser reject all responsibility and liability for all kind
of accidents and thefts in connection with this event. If not agreed otherwise accident- and
liability insurance have to be taken care of by the participants (their clubs or federations)
themselves. Every participant needs a health insurance for Germany.
Press: Accreditations must be applicated in advance and will be handed out during the official
accreditation procedure. Please write us an E-Mail!
Privacy: Participants agree that we as the promoter are using necessary data for organization and
execution of the tournament because of rightful interests (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO). Results
will be published on several digital channels and local newspapers on our behalf. Photos and
videos from competition are included in our PR work. We point out that the affected person has
a right of contradiction (Art. 21 DSGVO).
